The exhibition project “INKA AND CHILDREN” presents the works of Inna Pedan’s pupils in collage techniques, monotype, linear sketch, three-dimensional flying figures and architectural compositions which demonstrate peculiarities of children’s creative thinking and the most modern views — from the children’s point of view — on the nature of plastic shaping.

Children’s creative thinking is the finest and the fastest way to penetrate the mystery of plastic language, it is a play with its basic elements, volumes, feelings — and simultaneously an analytical act.

Children understand the area and the shape only as they can. However, their work is a footprint of the whole history of shape formation. This is a living creativity, intuition and reflections aloud, which hide almost a kind of adult professionalism, following the instructions of their teacher, Inna Pedan. A play that turns into a creative search and revelations of design form!
