Mykyta Lyskov creates original non-commercial animation, he has been doing it for more than 10 years, taking part in film festivals, giving lectures-screenings on animation history, organizing and teaching classes at the “School of Author’s Animation” in Dnipro.

Recently, his animated film “I’ve bought a bicycle” won the Grand Prix of the festival “De Kino”, and his new work “The End” is being constantly broadcast at film festivals around the world.

During the lecture, Mykyta will show his animated films, talk in detail about their creation, as well as where ideas come from and why one should engage in original animation in modern Ukraine.
