… the painting itself is of the highest value. Like music and poetry created by people, it is the meaning and justification of the history of homo sapiens. As a work of art, it is precious by its surface, the depth of its spaces, lights, shadows and colors; born of a deep consciousness, the mystery of the human soul — in fleeting sensations that have no name. But of which life is made up. I would call it the reality or the search for reality. The search for the truth of my existence by that hidden observer who looks from the inside and cannot see himself otherwise than reflected in the preciousness of art, manifested by the phenomenon of creativity.
