In the Russian language, the word “vessel” (сосуд) has several meanings. A vessel is a household item used for cooking or serving food or drink, and a vessel is an organ inside animals and humans that moves blood or lymph. Both definitions have a common function of storing and transporting valuables inside.

Works of two artists are presented at the exhibition – Jeannette Solovyova and Elena Kudinova. The artworks do not have a common history and are not similar in technique, nevertheless they are united in a single exhibition because of the artists’ friendship.
